By agreeing to this agreement, you confirm you have reached the legal adult age standard set by your local state or regional jurisdiction. You also grant us permission for minor family members under your guardianship to access our Services via electronic devices owned, paid for or managed by you.
To browse store pages, view coffee product details or complete purchases, you may be required to submit personal data such as email addresses, billing records, payment credentials and delivery addresses. You guarantee all information you submit to our system is real-time, accurate and complete, and you hold full authorization to provide such personal details.
You bear exclusive responsibility for safeguarding your account login credentials and every action executed under your account. Selling, transferring, gifting or licensing your registered account to any third individual or organization is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 2 - Coffee Product Descriptions
We take great care to display authentic photos and detailed introductions for all coffee beans, brewing equipment and accessories listed on our store. Nevertheless, product color shades and surface textures may look different on your screen due to varying monitor resolution, display brightness and device calibration settings.
We do not guarantee that the physical look, flavor performance or material quality of received goods will fully match digital previews shown on the website.
All written descriptions, parameter labels and feature introductions of our merchandise are subject to revision without advance notification, decided solely by our brand team. We hold the authority to stop supplying any coffee product at any time, and may impose purchase quantity limits for single buyers, specific regions or territories based on actual operational demands.
SECTION 3 - Order Submission Rules
Submitting an order on our website counts as a purchasing proposal put forward by you. Paramount Coffee Company retains full authority to approve or reject any submitted order without disclosing specific reasons. Your transaction only becomes officially confirmed once our system completes payment verification and sends an acceptance notification. Please double-check all order details before finalizing checkout; once an order enters processing workflows, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation requests. Should we reject, adjust or terminate your order for any cause, we will attempt to reach you through the email, phone number or billing address you filled out during checkout.
All purchased coffee products can only be returned or exchanged following the exact standards written in our Return and Refund Policy.
You affirm that all goods you buy are intended for personal household use, and not for bulk resale, commercial distribution or cross-border export business.
SECTION 4 - Pricing & Billing Standards
All commodity prices, discount offers and promotional bundles can be modified without prior announcement. The final amount charged for your order follows the price standard displayed at the moment you complete checkout, which will also be recorded in your order confirmation email. Unless marked explicitly, all listed product prices exclude local sales tax, delivery fees, handling surcharges, customs clearance costs and import tariffs.
Prices published on our official online shop may differ from rates seen in physical retail locations or third-party reseller platforms. We may roll out limited-time marketing activities that adjust regular pricing, which are governed by separate promotional clauses. If contradictions exist between event rules and this Terms of Service, the special promotional terms take priority.
You promise to submit valid, up-to-date and complete payment and account data for every transaction placed on our store. You will promptly update your account information including contact emails, card numbers and expiry dates, allowing us to finish payment processing and send critical service notifications to you.
You warrant the following points: (i) all card payment data you input is genuine and error-free; (ii) you hold legal authorization to use the payment card for your purchase; (iii) your card issuer will validate all charges generated from your order; (iv) you will settle all checkout fees including commodity value, delivery expenses and applicable tax amounts as displayed on the order page.
SECTION 5 - Logistics & Delivery Terms
Paramount Coffee Company shall not be held accountable for any shipment hold-ups or delivery delays. All transit duration estimates provided on our site are merely reference values and not legally guaranteed arrival deadlines. We take no liability for delays triggered by courier operational backlogs, customs inspection procedures or uncontrollable external incidents. After we hand over your parcel to the designated logistics provider, ownership of goods and all risk of loss or damage transfers fully to you.
SECTION 6 - Intellectual Property Ownership
All content within our platform, including brand trademarks, copywriting, page layouts, product photos, graphic designs, customer reviews, promotional videos and audio materials, alongside the sorting logic and layout arrangement of such content, belong to Paramount Coffee Company, its cooperative affiliates or authorized licensors. These assets receive legal protection from United States patent, copyright regulations and relevant international intellectual property laws.
This agreement only grants you limited rights to access and browse our Services for private, non-commercial use. Reproducing, redistributing, altering, creating derivative content, public broadcasting, reprinting, downloading, storing or forwarding any platform material without our written formal consent is forbidden. No clause within this agreement shall be interpreted as issuing usage licenses over our patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary assets, nor over intellectual property belonging to Shopify or external partners. Unauthorized copying or exploitation of our website content may violate national and regional intellectual property statutes. All rights not clearly authorized to users in this document remain fully reserved by Paramount Coffee Company.
Our brand name, official logos, coffee product titles, exclusive design patterns and advertising slogans are registered trademarks of Paramount Coffee Company and its partners. Any commercial or public display of these marks requires prior written approval from our team. The Shopify brand name, logos, software titles and design marks are intellectual property of Shopify Inc. All other third-party brand marks visible on our website belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 - Third-Party Auxiliary Functions
Our platform may integrate external functional tools developed by independent service providers as part of our shopping system. We do not supervise, manage or have the ability to adjust the operation logic of these third-party tools.
You acknowledge and agree that we supply access to such auxiliary tools on an “as available” basis, without issuing any quality assurance, performance commitment or official endorsement of the third-party services. We bear zero legal responsibility for losses or disputes arising from your use of these external tools.
All operations you conduct using integrated third-party plugins are carried out entirely at your own discretion and risk. Before utilizing these tools, you must review and agree to the separate service terms released by their respective operators.
We may launch brand-new platform features, tools and resource modules in the future; all newly added functions will automatically fall under the constraints of this Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 - External Website Hyperlinks
Our website pages may embed text links and embedded content directing users to independent third-party websites and service platforms. We do not conduct full audits or authenticity evaluations for content hosted on these external sites. If you leave our store page to access outside platforms, you accept all associated risks entirely by yourself.
We shall not compensate for any property loss, personal harm or financial disputes caused by visiting third-party websites or purchasing goods/services hosted on external domains. Before conducting transactions on outside platforms, carefully read their privacy rules and service regulations to clarify all relevant terms. Any complaints, claims or inquiries regarding third-party products must be sent directly to the external platform’s customer service team.
SECTION 9 - Partnership Statement with Shopify
Paramount Coffee Company’s online retail framework is powered by Shopify’s e-commerce infrastructure, which supports all core shopping functions for our users. However, every purchase transaction you complete on our store forms a contractual relationship solely between you and Paramount Coffee Company. By utilizing our Services, you recognize and confirm that Shopify bears no responsibility for any links of your orders with our brand, including physical injury, product damage or financial loss resulting from coffee goods you receive. You fully release Shopify and all its affiliated subsidiaries from all compensation claims, liability demands and legal disputes connected to your shopping transactions with Paramount Coffee Company.
SECTION 10 - Personal Data Privacy Rules
All personal information collected through our shopping platform is governed by our independent Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at the dedicated policy page of our website. Partial user data may also be processed under Shopify’s separate privacy provisions accessible via their official channel. By continuing to use our Services, you confirm you have fully read and understood both privacy documents.
Since our store is hosted on Shopify’s server system, Shopify will collect and analyze user access records to maintain and optimize the overall shopping experience. Personal data you submit during checkout will be transmitted to Shopify and cross-border cooperative service providers located outside your residential region to fulfill order logistics and payment processing. SECTION 11 - User Submitted Feedback Content
When you send, upload, post, email or otherwise share original thoughts, optimization suggestions, product reviews, purchase feedback, creative proposals or other original text and media (collectively referred to as “Feedback”), you automatically grant Paramount Coffee Company a permanent, globally valid, transferable and royalty-free license. This license allows us to edit, duplicate, publish, distribute and display your Feedback through any media format for all business purposes, including brand marketing, platform optimization, product improvement and service promotion.
You simultaneously provide three core warranties: (i) you own complete copyright and distribution rights over all Feedback you submit; (ii) you fully disclose any rewards or incentives obtained in exchange for sharing Feedback; (iii) your submitted content complies with all clauses of this Terms of Service. We hold no obligation to keep your Feedback confidential, provide monetary compensation for submitted content, or send official replies to every piece of feedback received.
We reserve the right (without mandatory duty) to screen, edit or delete any Feedback deemed illegal, offensive, threatening, slanderous, pornographic, vulgar, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates this agreement.
You guarantee your Feedback will not violate any external party’s copyright, trademark, privacy or portrait rights. You also promise your submissions will not contain defamatory, illegal, abusive or obscene text, nor carry computer viruses, malware or malicious scripts that could interfere with website normal operation. You cannot register fake contact emails, impersonate other individuals or organizations, or disguise the true source of your Feedback to mislead our team or other platform visitors. You take full individual responsibility for the authenticity and legal compliance of all content you publish, and we accept no liability for feedback posted by you or other anonymous users.
SECTION 12 - Typographical Mistakes & Information Updates
From time to time, website content may contain typographical errors, numerical deviations or incomplete information covering product descriptions, listed prices, promotional activity rules, delivery fees, estimated transit cycles and stock availability. We reserve the right to revise all incorrect data, refresh page information or cancel submitted orders affected by inaccurate listings at any moment without prior notification, even after you have finished checkout.
SECTION 13 - Restricted Behaviors on Platform
You may only access and operate our Services to conduct fully legal activities. Direct or indirect use of the platform for the following forbidden acts is prohibited: (a) engaging in illegal or harmful activities; (b) violating national, state, regional or local administrative laws and regulatory provisions; (c) infringing our intellectual property assets or the proprietary rights of other entities; (d) harassing, insulting, threatening or defaming our staff or other platform users; (e) distributing false or misleading information to mislead other buyers; (f) uploading or sharing materials that breach this service agreement; (g) sending mass unsolicited commercial emails, chain messages, repetitive advertising spam or other unwanted promotional communications; (h) creating fake accounts to impersonate other people or enterprises; (i) performing any actions that hinder other users’ normal shopping experience, or conduct behavior that may bring reputational loss or legal risk to Paramount Coffee Company, Shopify or all platform users.
Additionally, the following operations are strictly banned: (a) uploading or transmitting computer viruses, trojans or harmful coding that disrupt website function; (b) copying, duplicating, reselling or commercially exploiting any section of our platform content and services; (c) mass collecting private personal data of other registered users; (d) automated web crawling, data scraping, phishing and fraudulent information interception; (e) bypassing or cracking website security defense systems of our store or other associated online platforms. If we detect you violating any restricted clause above, we may freeze, disable or permanently close your account without advance warning.
SECTION 14 - Agreement Termination Provisions
We reserve absolute discretion to terminate this service agreement or block your access to all or partial platform functions at any time without sending prior notice. After termination takes effect, you remain responsible for settling all outstanding payment balances generated before the cut-off date.
The following clauses will still maintain full legal validity after account suspension or agreement termination: Intellectual Property Ownership, User Submitted Feedback, Termination Provisions, Warranty Disclaimers, Liability Limitations, Indemnification Rules, Severability Clause, Waiver & Full Agreement Statement, Assignment Terms, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, plus any other provisions whose natural purpose requires them to survive agreement cancellation.
SECTION 15 - Warranty Exclusion Statement
All information displayed through our website is provided solely for general reference use. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy, comprehensiveness or practical value of all listed content. You bear complete risk for any purchasing decisions made based on platform descriptions. We disclaim all liability for losses arising from any user’s reliance on website text, photos and parameter introductions.
EXCEPT FOR CLEAR WRITTEN GUARANTEES RELEASED BY PARAMOUNT COFFEE COMPANY, OUR ENTIRE PLATFORM SERVICE AND ALL COFFEE PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE PROVIDE NO EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR TERMS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED GUARANTEES OF MARKETABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR DAILY HOUSEHOLD USE, DURABILITY, LEGAL OWNERSHIP AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS TO OUR ONLINE STORE AT ALL TIMES. Certain regional legal jurisdictions restrict or ban the full exclusion of implied warranties, meaning this disclaimer clause may not fully apply to you based on your local governing laws.
SECTION 16 - Liability Scope Restrictions
Within the maximum allowable boundary permitted by applicable laws, neither Paramount Coffee Company, its partners, directors, management staff, employees, affiliate organizations, authorized agents, contracted suppliers, service providers and licensors, nor corresponding personnel of Shopify and its subsidiaries, shall take responsibility for personal injury, financial loss, compensation claims or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any form. This includes but is not limited to lost operating profits, reduced revenue, missed savings, corrupted data, replacement procurement costs and similar economic losses. Such liability exclusion applies regardless of whether the claim is filed under contract law, tort liability rules (including negligence standards), strict liability or other legal grounds. Claims linked to your platform usage, purchased coffee goods, page content errors, missing or damaged parcels, or any content shared via our website are all covered by this restriction, even if our team has been notified of the potential risk of such losses beforehand.
SECTION 17 - User Indemnification Obligation
You agree to compensate, defend and shield Paramount Coffee Company, Shopify, all our cooperative affiliates, partners, executives, directors, staff, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against all third-party loss claims, damage demands, legal liabilities and reasonable attorney fees. Such compensation obligations stem from three scenarios: (1) your violation of any clause within this Terms of Service or referenced internal policies; (2) your breach of national or local laws or infringement of any external party’s legal rights; (3) all operations you conduct while accessing and using our platform Services.
We will notify you promptly once an indemnifiable third-party claim emerges; delayed notification from our side does not eliminate your compensation duty unless you suffer severe unfair prejudice due to late notice. We retain the right to manage the legal defense and settlement negotiation of such claims at your cost, including selecting legal counsel. We will not reach any settlement requiring you to fulfill non-monetary obligations without your reasonable consent. You must fully cooperate with the legal defense process by supplying all relevant order records and supporting documents upon request.
SECTION 18 - Severability Clause
If any single provision of this Terms of Service is ruled illegal, void or unenforceable by official judicial authorities, that clause will still be implemented to the maximum extent permitted by local law, while the unenforceable segment will be separated from the rest of the agreement. This ruling will not impact the legal validity and enforceability of all remaining clauses in the document.
SECTION 19 - Waiver Rules & Complete Agreement Statement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any legal right or clause within this document does not equal permanent waiver of that right or provision.
This Terms of Service, alongside all store policies and operational guidelines published on our website, constitutes the full contractual understanding between you and Paramount Coffee Company governing all platform usage. This document replaces all prior oral or written communications, preliminary agreements and proposal drafts exchanged between both parties, including earlier versions of the service terms.
Any ambiguous wording within this agreement will not be interpreted against the drafting party (Paramount Coffee Company).
SECTION 20 - Assignment Limitations
You cannot transfer, delegate or assign this entire service agreement, nor any of your rights or liability obligations under its clauses, without receiving our prior written consent. Any unauthorized attempt to assign your contractual status will be deemed completely invalid. Our brand retains the right to transfer, assign or delegate all rights and responsibilities under this agreement to third parties without sending advance notice to users.
SECTION 21 - Applicable Governing Laws
This Terms of Service and all separate supplementary agreements granting you platform access shall be interpreted and judged under federal laws and state judicial regulations applicable to Paramount Coffee Company’s registered headquarters location. Both you and Paramount Coffee Company consent to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts in this region for all legal disputes arising from platform transactions.

All section titles and subheadings inside this agreement are added purely for reading convenience. They carry no legal binding force and cannot limit or alter the substantive content of corresponding clauses.
